{116}{162}Is he hot, or is he hot?
{163}{211}- Ade?|- Teddy!
{219}{243}Ade had sex with that guy?
{244}{264}He was her first.
{265}{306}- You and me we're done.|- What?
{307}{339}Naomi is your sister?
{340}{359}She's gonna ha you.
{360}{387}No, she'll never know it's me.
{388}{431}All I can think of is liam.
{432}{457}Naomi?
{458}{477}Got to talk to you.
{478}{531}You decided to call the cops on the party.
{532}{561}Your friends are mad at you.
{562}{608}Deal with it.
{635}{698}I spent the whole summer in|summer school because of you,
{699}{732}and you never apologized once?
{733}{772}You know what? Screw you, dixon!
{773}{792}Screw you, too, annie.
{793}{841}I really don't feel like talking, okay?
{842}{890}How about drinking?
{972}{1005}Oh, my god.
{1006}{1041}Is that naked girl annie?
{1042}{1093}Thank you very much.
{1273}{1301}what can I say?
{1302}{1355}You just caught my eye, danny.
{1390}{1412}donny.
{1413}{1452}donny. Right.
{1460}{1534}I just didn't realize the|tech club had such cuties.
{1545}{1585}Well, thank you.
{1586}{1613}So random question.
{1614}{1662}Um, my friend and i have this bet going.
{1663}{1720}She says I can't send out a text anonymously.
{1721}{1764}And I was, like, "you totally can.
{1765}{1788}" You totally can, right?
{1789}{1886}Did konrad zuse invent the first|binary programmable computer?
{1894}{1940}Well, the answer's yeah.
{1941}{1967}Perfect. That's great.
{1968}{2067}So, would you mind just showing me so|I can settle this bet once and for all?
{2068}{2083}There you are!
{2084}{2122}Hey, what you doing?
{2123}{2147}Oh.
{2148}{2231}The geeks are trying to|recruit me for the tech club.

{2709}{2752}He better not try to talk to me again.
{2753}{2778}Hey, don't worry.
{2779}{2796}He won't get by us.
{2797}{2833}Right, silver?
{2834}{2886}Silver? Hello.
{2892}{2940}I have to try to talk to him again.
{2951}{3036}Me and dixon-- we have something really special.
{3037}{3110}And just because I made a mistake,|it doesn't mean that it's over.
{3111}{3138}I just have to apologize.
{3139}{3182}But you did, right?
{3183}{3198}Last night.
{3199}{3246}Last night he was furious.
{3247}{3277}You know what? Give it a week.
{3278}{3316}- Why?|- Why?
{3317}{3379}Because it's only been 24 hours.
{3380}{3447}If he was mad last night, you're|not gonna get through to him now.
{3448}{3491}If you wait a week, he'll have cooled down,
{3492}{3550}and he'll be a lot more|receptive to your explanation.
{3565}{3592}Come on.
{3593}{3626}I guess it can't hurt.
{3627}{3693}Still have a few spots left on the blaze!
{3694}{3753}Don't miss out on your opportunity to participate
{3754}{3838}in west bev's only serious|journalistic enterprise.
{3839}{3899}And when I say serious, I mean fun.
{3913}{3950}- Hey.|- What's up, boy?
{3955}{3985}Silver still staring at me?
{3986}{4020}Yeah. Affirmative.
{4021}{4063}Yeah.
{4064}{4120}Ade says she's, uh, still|pretty broken up about it.
{4121}{4167}Whatever, man. She's been lying to me all summer.
{4168}{4224}And besides, now that it's over...
{4240}{4280}I kind of feel relieved.
{4281}{4307}You know, I'm free.
{4308}{4337}New year, new dixon.
{4338}{4382}Douche bag alert.
{4383}{4418}Dude, seriously, what's your problem?
{4419}{4450}Just look at him.
{4451}{4543}He's been here for exactly three hours,|and he's already mr. Popularity.
{4544}{4586}why is it so funny?
{4587}{4629}I can't believe ade lost|her virginity to that guy.
{4630}{4686}Look, who cares?
{4687}{4719}I mean, it's not like she's into him or anything.
{4720}{4738}Of course she's not into him.
{4739}{4761}Why would you even say that?
{4762}{4802}- Okay.|- Join the blaze!
{4803}{4860}We may not be popular, we may not|be popular, but we've got heart!
{5110}{5167}Well, lookie here. It's the skank.
{5317}{5401}you have no idea how hellish|I'm about to make your life.
{5678}{5706}Naomi, wait.
{5707}{5755}- I gotta talk to you.|- Don'T. Don'T.
{5792}{5877}Three months, not a word, and now you gotta talk.
{5878}{5913}I don't gotta talk now.
{5914}{5975}Look, my stepdad sent me|away that night to this...
{5976}{5997}this wilderness thing.
{5998}{6040}I had no phones, no computers...
{6041}{6075}poor you.
{6076}{6127}That's not what I mean. I just...
{6149}{6200}I'm really sorry.
{6230}{6268}you're sorry?
{6269}{6334}You had sex with annie, and you're sorry.
{6347}{6389}Annie?
{6390}{6432}Oh, great. Okay, now you're going to deny it.
{6433}{6476}You know what? I walked in|on you half-naked, liam...
{6477}{6519}no, no, no. I...
{6548}{6657}I had sex with someone, yeah, but...
{6689}{6740}it wasn't annie.
{6773}{6823}Then who was it?
{6986}{7030}well...
{7138}{7180}right. Okay.
{7181}{7229}Um, your time's up.
{7396}{7436}What did that loser want?
{7437}{7463}Who cares?
{7464}{7511}Let's just get out of here.

{8154}{8193}I'll never figure out this coffee machine.
{8194}{8273}My old one cost 20 bucks, but at|least I could make a cup of coffee.
{8274}{8323}- Hi, ma.|- Liam. Hi.
{8324}{8348}Good. You're home.
{8349}{8400}Hello, liam.
{8410}{8442}This is jen clark.
{8443}{8502}She came over to talk about her sister, naomi.
{8503}{8556}Apparently, you caused naomi|a lot of pain last year,
{8557}{8622}so we both think it's best that you stay away.
{8642}{8678}She's finally begun to heal.
{8679}{8707}You know?
{8708}{8765}- You're psychotic.|- Liam, that's enough!
{8766}{8799}I'm so sorry. He'S...
{8800}{8845}no. No. It's okay.
{8846}{8889}This is all very emotional.
{8890}{8922}I completely understand. It's okay.
{8923}{8965}Well, you have my word.
{8966}{9008}He will stay away from naomi.
{9009}{9037}That's all I care about.
{9038}{9088}I mean...
{9091}{9108}listen, I...
{9109}{9185}I'm gonna skip the cup of coffee,|sweetie, but, colleen, thank you so much.
{9186}{9249}I feel better already. Really.
{9278}{9326}Bye, liam.
{9397}{9462}And I really miss you.
{9477}{9557}I've been... I've been thinking about you nonstop.
{9606}{9722}Uncle don, and, you know, it's just been so long,
{9723}{9802}and I cannot wait for thanksgiving.
{9803}{9861}Okay, bye.
{9888}{9923}Hey!
{9924}{9959}That was uncle don.
{9960}{9989}He's a great guy.
{9990}{10025}It's just been so long.
{10026}{10052}You know.
{10053}{10109}And I thought you might actually be calling dixon.
{10114}{10145}- Dixon?|- Yeah.
{10146}{10167}No. That was...
{10168}{10215}that was not dixon.
{10230}{10266}Okay, it was dixon, and|now I have to call him back
{10267}{10322}because I just left him the|weirdest message in the wor...
{10323}{10371}what happened to waiting a week?
{10443}{10481}Sorry we're late.
{10511}{10571}All right, let's get started.
{10588}{10663}Welcome, everyone, to the|first meeting of blaze news uh,
{10664}{10712}let me just say that I am so pumped,
{10713}{10753}so pumped to see you all here.
{10754}{10807}Um, we have six people signed|up at the activity fair,
{10808}{10907}so now we're up to 12 people, so we're|moving in the right direction, right?
{10964}{11038}yeah, so, now it's definitely|gonna be an uphill climb.
{11039}{11119}Um, last year, the staff drove|blaze news into the ground.
{11120}{11172}They didn't really produce news stories.
{11173}{11228}They just, you kw, came up here to smoke weed.
{11229}{11270}Uh, but trust me, it's gonna|be different this year.
{11271}{11312}And, uh, we're gonna have a|lot of stuff on the tab...
{11313}{11369}- Yo!|- Yeah?
{11370}{11463}- Can we stiok sme weed here?|- No. No weed.
{11487}{11524}So here's what I'm planning.
{11525}{11618}Uh, a once-a-week, hard-hitting|news magazine, um, peppered...
{11661}{11775}peppered with, uh, personal, uh, interest stories.
{11776}{11829}Um, and I-I think we can all, you know,
{11830}{11875}contribute a little something to.
{12710}{12794}Uh, I just made a reservation for sushi, but wow.
{12795}{12816}Oh, no.
{12817}{12861}What a debacle.
{12867}{12912}Um, you're going to hate me.
{12913}{12944}Oh, well, come-come here.
{12945}{12972}Hey, hey.
{12973}{13020}Oh, hello.
{13047}{13080}I must have double-booked tonight.
{13081}{13125}An old friend is taking me to this benefit.
{13126}{13149}I...
{13150}{13198}I feel sick about it.
{13210}{13257}You hate me, right?
{13258}{13282}Uh, a little bit.
{13283}{13328}No, I don't hate you.
{13329}{13374}Um, it happens.
{13387}{13413}Yeah, I should probably get going anyways.
{13414}{13477}I think I, uh, stood up two swimsuit models.
{13478}{13578}You're so sweet, which only makes me|feel worse about this whole situation.
{13592}{13682}Can you just at least come in for a|bit until I absolutely have to go?
{13717}{13746}Sure.
{13747}{13796}- Of course.|- Fabulous.
{13800}{13836}Oh, and we have to reschedule...
{13837}{13862}- yeah.|- Immediately.
{13863}{13930}Well, I'll have to see if I can,|uh, move some things around.
{13931}{13959}Oh, here.
{13960}{14013}- Could you help?|- Sure.
{14064}{14106}Thank you.
{14116}{14192}You know, between you and me,|pearls remind me of old ladies.
{14193}{14279}I feel like I should be storing|tissue in my bosom or something.
{14280}{14356}Um, you could always not wear them.
{14395}{14424}I wish.
{14425}{14475}But gregory bought them for me.
{14476}{14524}He's the friend I'm seeing tonight.
{14525}{14573}So, anyway.
{14583}{14632}- Here.|- Uh, sure.
{14677}{14737}- So, welcome back.|- Thank you.
{14738}{14807}Tell me. Did you absolutely love vietnam?
{14808}{14846}I went bananas my first time there.
{14847}{14938}Yeah, well, I'm guessing your vietnam|and my vietnam were a little different.
{14939}{15000}Bach ma national park is bach ma national park.
{15001}{15040}I don't care where you sleep after seeing it.
{15041}{15101}You did bach ma national park?
{15143}{15194}That's a pretty gnarly hikeetting up there.
{15195}{15228}What are you implying?
{15229}{15264}That I don't do gnarly?
{15265}{15323}That you don't do hike.
{15366}{15409}Okay, fine.
{15410}{15436}I helicoptered to the top.
{15437}{15532}But there were plenty of sweaty hikers up|there who told me all about how stp it was.
{15648}{15711}Boo. Already. What a drag.
{15778}{15837}Gregory, hello.
{15876}{15917}- You look beautiful.|- Thank you.
{15918}{15961}Ah, this is my dear friend ryan.
{15962}{16003}He's a teacher at naooo's schL.
{16004}{16029}I double-booked tonight.
{16030}{16083}I'm atrocious I know.
{16112}{16150}Shall we go?
{16217}{16262}Bye, ryan.
{16349}{16409}Okay, we are good on the news.
{16410}{16469}All we need now is another segment.
{16470}{16500}You know, a lifestyle piece.
{16501}{16565}Something buzz worthy.
{16566}{16606}- I got a no-brainer. - Yeah?
{16607}{16699}Rumor has it, there's a naked picture|of the principal's daughter out there.
{16714}{16747}A sex text, people.
{16748}{16774}No, absolutely not.
{16775}{16805}That's out of the question.
{16806}{16839}Guaranteed eyeballs, dude.
{16840}{16891}No, the blaze's not in the|business of slinging mud.
{16892}{16933}Other pitches. Think positive, people.
{16934}{16996}Uh, think "only beverly hills.
{16997}{17048}All right, boss man, I got one for ya.
{17049}{17068}Whatcha got?
{17069}{17112}New student just transferred to west bev.
{17113}{17181}Apparently, he placed second in this|big deal national tennis tournament.
{17182}{17240}Apparently, he's going to go pro in a year.
{17241}{17269}Interesting story, right?
{17270}{17320}Balancing a pro tennis career with high school.
{17321}{17352}Uh, do you have a name?
{17353}{17396}Teddy montgomery.
{17407}{17459}As in the son of spence montgomery.
{17460}{17519}Major movie star, people, come on.
{17520}{17538}Yeah.
{17539}{17565}That's perfect!
{17566}{17640}But I sussed him out, and he|has some "no interview" policy.
{17641}{17713}Apparently, his dad's been burned|in the media a couple times.
{17755}{17792}damn.
{17793}{17814}Damn, damn, damn.
{17815}{17861}That-that would've been perfect.
{17862}{17905}Ah, that sucks.
{17906}{17946}Anyway, um, any other ideas?
{17947}{17987}- Anyone else?|- Uh, navid, if you really want to interview teddy,
{17988}{18051}I can ask him to make an exception.
{18052}{18107}He might do it, since we're old friends.
{18108}{18138}Really?
{18139}{18163}That'd be friggin' awesome.
{18164}{18208}Right?
{18235}{18291}no, that-that'd be friggin' awesome. Yeah.
{18662}{18701}Hello?
{18702}{18739}Annie. Hi.
{18740}{18788}Hi.
{18805}{18851}Hi.
{18905}{18930}Sorry. This...
{18931}{18979}this is awkward.
{18985}{19038}Uh, you called me. So...
{19039}{19104}look, I-I heard a rumor tonight,
{19105}{19158}and I wanted to tell you.
{19159}{19184}Because...
{19185}{19258}if it were me, I would want to know.
{19269}{19298}What is it?
{19299}{19369}Okay, apparently someone has a text of you.
{19370}{19396}Like...
{19397}{19457}like a naked text.
{19484}{19533}- oh, my god.|- It might just be a rumor...
{19534}{19571}um, I-I have to go.
{19572}{19619}I have to go. Bye.
{19706}{19741}What?
{19742}{19845}Yeah, I-I just, uh, wanted|you to know the rumor, dude.
{20064}{20170}Yeah, um, look, thing is, me and annie,|we're-we're doing our own thing now.
{20171}{20234}So, uh, I'm done dealing with her crap.
{20240}{20260}All right?
{20261}{20304}I'll talk to you later, man.
{20512}{20573}You know, ade, I've been thinking.
{20574}{20614}The teddy story's a little soft.
{20615}{20664}I was thinking out covering the sex piece.
{20665}{20683}What?
{20684}{20720}Well, I won't mention annie's name.
{20721}{20774}I'll just, you know, talk about|the phenomenon in general.
{20775}{20855}I mean, sex texts are big in high school.
{20856}{20901}Okay, navid, you can't do that.
{20902}{20939}Everyone will know it's about annie.
{20940}{20982}Yeah, but we need a great story.
{20983}{21019}And you have one.
{21020}{21051}Teddy, remember?
{21052}{21079}Come on.
{21080}{21128}That's not nearly as interesting.
{21129}{21152}No, but it is!
{21153}{21236}Honestly, you have no idea|how juicy teddy's life is.
{21237}{21287}His godfather is marlon brando.
{21288}{21333}Could you imagine?
{21358}{21421}Baby, you can't do the sext.
{21449}{21504}But teddy is amazing.
{21518}{21586}Trust me. He is beyond amazing.
{21636}{21679}You were compl ely out of line.
{21680}{21714}You don't talk to people that way.
{21715}{21745}But jen is psychotic.
{21746}{21775}And I don't care about jen.
{21776}{21822}I care about you.
{21908}{21946}Look at me.
{21947}{22007}She said naomi asked you to stay away from her.
{22008}{22053}Is that true?
{22054}{22087}Well, okay, then. That's it.
{22088}{22116}When someone says they are done with you,
{22117}{22177}you've gotta believe them.
{22263}{22321}Remember what they taught you in utah.
{22322}{22395}Stay away from people who trigger bad behavior.
{22400}{22442}People like naomi.
{22443}{22548}I know.
{22548}{22605}Just stick to the plan, honey.
{22611}{22632}You need structure.
{22633}{22689}Downtime is when you get into trouble.
{22706}{22754}You're still going to join a team, right?
{22755}{22773}Good.
{22774}{22842}You'll make some friends,|like you had on long island.
{22843}{22871}It's not going to be the same.
{22872}{22906}So here's a question.
{22907}{23000}How hard could it possibly be to|make a flower garden symmetrical?
{23005}{23068}- Hi, honey.|- Ma hey, baby.
{23069}{23105}Liam.
{23106}{23187}So I asked the gardener to trim|back the roses a little bit, right?
{23188}{23292}I get there and the left side is|about six inches wider than the right.
{23293}{23368}Now could you imagine what would happen if I|did that kind of shoddy work in my business?
{23385}{23428}hey, maybe that's the answer.
{23429}{23472}What I'm going to do, is I'm going|to invite the gardener's wife
{23473}{23522}over for a little plastic surgery,
{23523}{23662}and I'm going to give her one big|beautiful d-cup and tiny little a-cup.
{23663}{23720}That's a good idea-- bully the gardener.
{23725}{23761}Hey.
{23762}{23802}Correct me if I'm wrong,
{23803}{23876}but I thought the whole|idea of my dropping $20,000
{23877}{23981}so you could sleep in a tent was so that|you would lose the attitude problem.
{23982}{24001}Just saying.
{24002}{24027}That's enough, liam.
{24028}{24053}Help me, honey.
{24137}{24186}walking on thin ice, young man.
{24187}{24227}You know, you're very lucky|I didn't call the police
{24228}{24312}and tell them how you stole my|patient's edit cards last year.
{24324}{24391}Liam knows, and he's grateful.
{24415}{24446}He better be grateful.
{24447}{24531}'Cause if I see a sign of any bad|behavior from you, I'm makg the call,
{24532}{24653}young man, and trust me, juvie is nothing|at all like you're little mamby-pamby
{24654}{24743}"let's get in touch with our|feelings" wilderness crap.
{24744}{24789}You understand me?
{24945}{25022}You have to understand, this|is really important to navid.
{25023}{25077}Okay, the blaze, it's everything.
{25078}{25135}And your life is so interesting.
{25177}{25242}why are you smiling at me like that?
{25243}{25267}Okay, teddy, mmm.
{25268}{25304}Will you do it for me?
{25305}{25357}Please.
{25366}{25407}Pretty please.
{25408}{25435}Of course.
{25436}{25478}wasn't ever a question.
{25479}{25535}I just enjoy watching beautiful girls beg.
{25536}{25562}You're evil.
{25563}{25605}Oh, come on. Don't act surprised.
{25606}{25642}You of all people know me.
{25643}{25722}Yeah, well, I thought you might've|grown up after a few years.
{25723}{25776}What's the fun in that?
{25788}{25902}although, rumor has it you've grown up.
{25906}{25950}Whatever could you be talking about?
{25951}{25995}Come on, ade.
{25996}{26039}What's been going on?
{26040}{26096}Mm, not much.
{26097}{26155}give or take a pregnancy.
{26262}{26322}That's intense, ade.
{26397}{26453}Was the baby navid's?
{26486}{26527}No.
{26528}{26609}But he was really great through it.
{26610}{26698}I mean, he actually wanted to|marry me and help raise her.
{26731}{26784}It was a her.
{26803}{26908}Um, but in the end, I just wasn't ready.
{26946}{26975}What?
{26976}{27027}Why do you look so serious?
{27028}{27068}You're never serious.
{27069}{27123}Are you okay now?
{27124}{27170}Me? Yeah.
{27172}{27185}I'M... good.
{27186}{27240}I'm on track.
{27292}{27326}Good.
{27347}{27407}'Cause you're pretty important to me, you know?
{27416}{27477}- Hey.|- Hey.
{27532}{27561}Hey, buddy.
{27562}{27621}So it looks like I'm doing my first interview.
{27622}{27676}Yeah?
{27717}{27737}Uh, yay.
{27738}{27786}Uh, that's-that's great.
{27787}{27826}Ah, denny!
{27838}{27863}- Donny.|- Right. Sorry.
{27864}{27963}So listen, you were going to show|me how to send an anonymous text.
{27964}{27996}I'd love to.
{27997}{28026}How about over dinner?
{28027}{28069}Tonight?
{28070}{28134}Um, I have plans.
{28135}{28173}Lunch tomorrow?
{28174}{28215}Off campus?
{28216}{28259}The farther the better.
{28260}{28295}I gotta go edit, but I'll meet|you ameet you at 12:15, okay?
{28296}{28309}Don't forget.
{28310}{28333}I'll meet you in the cafeteria?
{28334}{28371}Oh, actually, the media lab.
{28372}{28417}- Hi, naomi.|- Bye, naomi.
{28418}{28467}Oh, he seems stressed.
{28468}{28491}It's the blaze.
{28492}{28546}He just wants it to be a success so bad.
{28547}{28694}He's even considering doing a segment on that|supposed text, sext, that's going around.
{28695}{28755}You've heard of it, right?
{28756}{28788}Of annie?
{28789}{28853}Mmm. Yeah. He should run the story.
{28854}{28883}Come on, naomi.
{28884}{28957}Whatever annie did, she doesn't deserve that.
{28958}{29039}I can't believe someone would take|a picture of it and send it around.
{29040}{29087}How evil is that?
{29117}{29160}Your ball.
{29316}{29339}come on, buddy.
{29340}{29383}What's the deal? Where's your head at?
{29384}{29416}Just, uh, girl trouble.
{29417}{29452}Jen?
{29453}{29482}I'm playing with fire, man.
{29483}{29522}Cardinal rule-- don't like|her more than she likes you.
{29523}{29586}That, my friend, is why you're still single.
{29587}{29676}Trust me-- I like deb way more than she likes me.
{29677}{29703}Yeah, I know that's true.
{29704}{29737}What? What?
{29738}{29752}Nothing.
{29753}{29808}It's your ball, man.
{29833}{29863}All right, here's the thing with jen.
{29864}{29897}I don't have a chance.
{29898}{29945}I mean, the other guys she's|dating, they're seriously loaded.
{29946}{29990}Well, did you tell her about your pension plan?
{29991}{30042}Trust me, in about 40 years when|those benefits start kicking in,
{30043}{30080}she's gonna be happy you're a teacher.
{30081}{30128}Get out.
{30139}{30175}Make me feel worse.
{30176}{30221}Not helping, huh?
{30227}{30300}Hey, just stay in the game.
{30302}{30356}As long as you're in it,|you've got a chance to win it.
{30357}{30411}Man, she is worth winning.
{30427}{30469}Speaking of winning...
{30470}{30491}kobe for the three.
{30492}{30536}I don't think so!
{30544}{30601}Not in my house.
{30602}{30614}Sorry.
{30615}{30659}Kobe got robbed there.
{30908}{30954}Is it true?
{30987}{31026}Oh, hey.
{31027}{31086}Is it true?
{31087}{31158}Did you take pictures?
{31297}{31327}How could you?
{31328}{31380}Look, this is not...
{31381}{31425}it's not going to be a big deal.
{31426}{31490}Not a big deal?!
{31528}{31581}What the hell?
{31582}{31647}Look, I'm not the one you|should worry about here, okay?
{31648}{31677}Talk to your friend naomi.
{31678}{31738}She's got a copy of the picture, too.
{31988}{32028}all right, you little grommets, listen up.
{32029}{32098}Everybody trying out for the|surf team, there are five heats.
{32099}{32149}Top three from each are gonna|move on to the next wave.
{32150}{32199}Any questions?
{32200}{32217}All right.
{32218}{32273}You four, I want to see you|be totally aggro out there.
{32274}{32312}Let's go. Let's do it.
{32385}{32434}so, uh, y are you out here?
{32435}{32501}I mean, aren't you supposed to be|like roger federer or something?
{32528}{32569}More like nadal.
{32579}{32639}but surfing's my first love, man.
{32657}{32702}It's the way I blow off steam.
{32740}{32792}Hey, can i borrow some wax?
{32829}{32856}I didn't know you surfed.
{32857}{32880}I used to.

{32920}{32966}Long island. Wait. New york?
{32967}{33030}- You're from new york?|- Yeah.
{33031}{33070}How did I not know?
{33075}{33094}I'm-I'm from new york.
{33095}{33133}I mean, I-I moved when I was eight, but still...
{33134}{33160}no, man, that qualifies.

{33405}{33481}You and ryan hacrestave that certain something.
{33482}{33520}Certain something.
{33573}{33665}I got to admit, I didn't take|you as a team kind of guy.
{33666}{33684}Well, I'm not.
{33685}{33762}But an idle liam makes for very bad things.
{33794}{33812}All right, you five.
{33813}{33857}In the water. Let's go. Let's go!
{33858}{33898}Let's go do it.
{34178}{34215}Hey.
{34224}{34313}Just so you know, I didn't sleep with your sister.
{34348}{34397}I don't want to talk about annie today.
{34398}{34467}Me and her-- we're-we're like|two different people, all right?
{34482}{34525}That's as fast as you can go?

{36216}{36270}You have to tell her that we didn't have sex.
{36285}{36314}I did.
{36315}{36378}You told her that it wasn't me?
{36405}{36436}Yeah.
{36443}{36487}I told her. She didn't believe me.
{36488}{36538}Well, did you tell her who it was?
{36558}{36610}Why not? Why wouldn't you?
{36625}{36680}I'm sorry. It's-it's complicated.
{36681}{36732}It's not complicated.
{36737}{36794}How-how is it complicated, liam?
{36795}{36826}You and i didn't have sex, and-
{36827}{36864}and you had sex with somebody else,
{36865}{36919}and if you don't tell naomi the truth,
{36920}{37002}she is going to ruin my life, liam.
{37074}{37122}I got to go.
{37230}{37318}Fiand ve, four, three, two.
{37327}{37368}I'm here today with teddy montgomery,
{37369}{37454}son of two-time academy award|winner, spence montgomery.

{37493}{37524}Not too bad. Cool.
{37525}{37555}- So, let's dive right in.|- All right.
{37556}{37611}Word has it that you're a|pretty amazing tennis player.
{37612}{37676}According to my notes, you|ranked second at nationals?
{37677}{37712}Well, I was lucky.
{37713}{37756}I got a good draw.
{37766}{37796}yeah.
{37797}{37824}Gotcha.
{37849}{37902}uh, let-let me ask you this.
{37903}{38011}Um, you have to be pretty|arrogant to be an athlete, right?
{38025}{38085}Do you bring that arrogance to your personal life?
{38094}{38135}Oh, well...
{38146}{38227}do you feel guilty about the fact that|your last name has opened so many doors?
{38228}{38289}How does it feel to know that you'll|never be as successful as your father?
{38290}{38340}Yeah, you've lived a pretty|charmed life, haven't you?
{38341}{38380}Anything bad ever happen to you?
{38381}{38405}What? No regrets?
{38406}{38437}So, you-you think you're perfect?
{38438}{38518}So, here's a question that I|think has been on everyone's mind.
{38519}{38561}Why did you turn to beverly hills?
{38562}{38609}Why not stay at exeter?
{38621}{38651}I missed california.
{38652}{38684}I mean, there's nothing quite like it.
{38685}{38706}Interesting.
{38707}{38751}So it has nothing to do with the|fact that you were kicked out
{38752}{38798}after being caught with two|naked girls in your room?
{38799}{38829}Or maybe you forgot.
{38830}{38875}Maybe you were so epsy sleing|around that you can't remember
{38876}{38935}who you did or didn't sleep with.
{39100}{39138}I didn't forget. I just...
{39150}{39189}I don't kiss and tell.
{39496}{39554}Please don't send out that picture.
{39559}{39597}It's gonna ruin my life.
{39598}{39636}Naomi, please.
{39637}{39661}Erase it.
{39662}{39718}I'll-I'll do anything that you want.
{39719}{39754}Anything.
{39755}{39806}You know what I want?
{39820}{39893}I want you to stop lying.
{39894}{39944}I'm not lying.
{39945}{40007}Admit that you had sex with liam.
{40008}{40028}I didn'T.
{40029}{40059}Admit it.
{40060}{40113}I...
{40182}{40285}if I admit it, will you just erase the picture?
{40286}{40366}I just want you to admit it.
{40455}{40498}Fine.
{40499}{40536}Fine. I did it.
{40537}{40588}I had sex with liam, okay?
{40589}{40621}Are you happy?
{40622}{40691}Please. Just don't send it.
{40720}{40761}What the hell was that?
{40762}{40791}You just attacked him.
{40792}{40826}What? I'm a journalist.
{40827}{40855}Journalists don't pull punches.
{40856}{40892}Yeah, well, they also don't attack someone
{40893}{40953}just because that person used|to date their girlfriend.
{40982}{41022}You're paranoid.
{41036}{41080}Really?
{41146}{41179}Hey, teddy?
{41180}{41234}Can I catch a ride to the beach with you?
{41235}{41273}Sure thing.
{41274}{41317}Awesome.
{41434}{41474}Thank you.
{41675}{41743}Go, dixon!
{41805}{41868}and everybody else.
{41869}{41921}All right, ladies, tone down the enthusiasm.
{41922}{41967}You're making a scene.
{41971}{42079}What if I told you I'm having doubts|about whether annie slept with liam?
{42080}{42128}I would say that's great.
{42172}{42203}That's great.
{42204}{42240}Relax, okay? I said I'm having doubts.
{42241}{42283}She's not in the clear yet.
{42467}{42530}okay, I got to say, dixon's pretty good.
{42531}{42576}He's gonna make the team.
{42577}{42655}And when he does, he's gonna be in a great mood,
{42656}{42727}which means it's gonna be an|awesome time to talk to him.
{42728}{42774}Clearly we have to keep her away from him tonight.
{42775}{42813}Uh, clearly.
{42999}{43053}What are you talking about?|Of course you made the team.
{43054}{43103}I wiped out twice.
{43104}{43128}Whatever, man. You know?
{43129}{43143}Who cares.
{43144}{43175}All right, everybody, listen up.
{43176}{43215}Here's the team.
{43686}{43719}Yes!
{43794}{43850}We all made it, man! We all made it.
{43864}{43901}- Great!|- Yes!
{44144}{44213}I wanted to thank you for the beautiful necklace.
{44536}{44588}- does this lock?|- Oh, yeah.
{44726}{44773}glad you like it.
{46131}{46162}hey.
{46225}{46286}Dude, silver called me again.
{46301}{46330}I don't know what else to do.
{46331}{46365}I already told her it's over.
{46366}{46421}Guess she's just having a hard time believing it.
{46450}{46497}When someone says they're done...
{46498}{46515}you got to believe them.
{46516}{46552}Wait. You talking about naomi?
{46553}{46597}'Cause, uh, that's different.
{46615}{46662}naomi is not over you.
{46663}{46682}What do you mean?
{46683}{46715}Ade told me, but you didn't hear it from me.
{46716}{46735}Ade will kill me.
{46736}{46787}Actually, she already wants to|kill me, but what the hell.
{46788}{46825}No, man. She's wrong.
{46826}{46862}Naomi told me to leave her alone.
{46863}{46930}Come on, you know girls never|really say what they mean.
{46931}{47004}They're always, like, double-, riple-talking.
{47005}{47030}Yeah, they're not dudes.
{47031}{47080}You know, we're very straightforward.
{47081}{47108}- Yeah.|- Amen.
{47110}{47221}I mean, girls, they're all, like, "hey, yeah,|babe "do you want japanese or chinese food?
{47222}{47262}'Cause, you know, I really don't care?
{47263}{47306}And then, you're, like, "yeah,|let's get me japanese,"
{47307}{47367}and then, they're pissed,'cause|they wanted chinese.
{47368}{47433}Why they didn't just say chinese-- dude, I'll...
{47434}{47455}I'll never know.
{47456}{47565}So, if naomi says she wants|me to leave her alone...
{47566}{47607}she wants some chinese food, kid.
{47608}{47700}I mean, she wants you to try harder.
{47707}{47740}Chinese food?
{47741}{47799}Chinese food.
{48062}{48086}Silver, are you okay?
{48087}{48106}come on.
{48107}{48151}Let's go, all right?
{48168}{48196}Come on, come on, silver.
{48197}{48231}Come on, come on. it's okay.
{48232}{48273}Ade.
{48291}{48339}Stay. I'll take her home.
{48340}{48413}Come on.
{48417}{48464}Can I talk to you for a second?
{48465}{48499}Yeah.
{48518}{48559}Look, uh, I was a jerk.
{48560}{48625}I ambushed teddy because he was your ex.
{48626}{48674}And it was a stupid way to handle it.
{48675}{48706}I should have just been up front and told you
{48707}{48784}that I didn't want the two of you to be friends.
{48828}{48860}That's your apology?
{48861}{48910}I-I said I acted like a jerk.
{48911}{48950}Then why are you still acting like one?
{48951}{49000}I'm not. I'm just being honest with you.
{49009}{49021}What's the big deal?
{49022}{49069}It's not like the two of you|talked the past few years?
{49070}{49112}Yeah, well, we go to tool schnow.
{49113}{49151}I-I know. And you could say...
{49152}{49180}you could say "hey" or whatever...
{49181}{49244}oh, thank you. Thanks.
{49289}{49321}Ade, it's not like he's some random dude.
{49322}{49371}He's-he's the guy you lost your virginity to.
{49372}{49401}I think it's only fair for me to ask y
{49402}{49456}not to talk to him if it makes me uncomfortable.
{49503}{49555}You know what makes me uncomfortable?
{49587}{49645}The fact that you can't trust me.
{49677}{49712}Ade.
{49713}{49729}Could-could you...
{49730}{49773}ade, wait.
{50081}{50108}I gotta talk to naomi.
{50109}{50133}I'm so sorry.
{50134}{50175}She's not here.
{50188}{50213}That's her car.
{50214}{50263}Aren't you the little detective.
{50264}{50345}Listen, why don'you give me a message|and I will be sure to pass it on.
{50357}{50375}Yeah, whatever.
{50376}{50422}I'll just talk to her at school.
{50438}{50504}Just what are you planning|on talking to her about?
{50505}{50565}I didn't want to tell naomi|what happened between us
{50566}{50615}because I didn't want to hurt her even more.
{50616}{50694}I thought there was no point,|because she was done with me.
{50734}{50773}But she's not.
{50780}{50834}And she needs to know the truth.
{50843}{50889}And when I deny it?
{50899}{50932}Who do you think she's going to believe?
{50933}{51015}The person who she relies on most in this world,
{51016}{51094}or you, the person who broke her heart?
{51160}{51200}You're not going to lose your temper, re you?
{51201}{51243}Because your mom says if you do,
{51244}{51289}You're going straight to juvie.
{51302}{51338}You bitch.
{51562}{51605}You're unbelievable!
{51606}{51693}Jeffrey didn't think that you were ready|to come home after the wilderness program.
{51694}{51731}Like a fool, I said you were.
{51732}{51762}I am.
{51763}{51795}You punched her door!
{51796}{51852}Why the hell did you go over|there in the first place?
{51854}{51898}Go over where?
{51954}{51992}I was boiling water and tripped.
{51993}{52039}This idiot tried to catch the pot.
{52040}{52082}Burned himself good.
{52091}{52125}- I'll take a look at it.|- No.
{52126}{52165}Nah. He's be fine.
{52166}{52214}He just needs to think|before he does stupid stuff.
{52215}{52260}Okay. All right.
{52307}{52326}I will.
{52327}{52399}Od. 'Cause next time, you're on your own.
{52483}{52522}Hey.
{52539}{52570}naomi, hi.
{52571}{52611}How's silver doing?
{52617}{52639}she'll be okay.
{52640}{52672}Oh, good.
{52673}{52709}I saw your teacher earlier.
{52710}{52740}Ew, ryan?
{52741}{52765}what's the deal with that?
{52766}{52815}Are you, like, seriously into him or something?
{52816}{52848}No.
{52849}{52903}Of course I am not "likseriously into him.
{52904}{52931}" Thank you.
{52932}{52974}Same time tomorrow.
{52975}{53027}Look, here's the thing.
{53028}{53089}L.A. Is a very small town.
{53090}{53170}And if a girl isn't careful, she|can get labeled a gold digger.
{53171}{53241}And that, my dear, is|something that I can't afford.
{53242}{53288}Scares the rich men right off.
{53309}{53341}okay.
{53350}{53419}Keeping an economically, you know,
{53420}{53511}challenged teacher around protec|from that pesky little label.
{53512}{53564}Oh, you're just using him. Thank god.
{53565}{53623}Of course I am using him.
{53639}{53764}The other night, I accidentally double-booked|a date with ryan and with gregory.
{53788}{53838}Gregory is one of those paranoid billionaires
{53839}{53885}who thinks that women are only after his money.
{53886}{53923}Of course, we are.
{53924}{53957}You should've seen the look on gregory's face
{53958}{54045}when he saw ryan walking back|to his crappy little car.
{54053}{54099}Suddenly I was mother teresa.
{54100}{54139}you're brilliant.
{54141}{54178}Thank you, darling.
{54179}{54233}So, did you figure out how to send out that text?
{54234}{54249}Yes!
{54250}{54277}Finally.
{54278}{54351}After a two hour lunch at ihop.
{54360}{54418}So, did you send the text?
{54436}{54457}no.
{54458}{54500}I don't know. It just...
{54501}{54524}it's pretty evil.
{54525}{54560}I would ruin her life.
{54561}{54604}She ruined yours.
{54611}{54643}Yeah.
{54644}{54678}If she slept with liam.
{54679}{54724}If?
{54725}{54767}Something's just not adding up.
{54768}{54814}I mean, annie's been saying all along it wast heR.
{54815}{54890}But then liam said it wasn't her.
{54919}{54987}Well, did he say who it was?
{54988}{55008}Well, no.
{55009}{55070}But maybe if I just ask him again he'll...
{55079}{55108}what?
{55109}{55135}Nothing.
{55136}{55158}What?
{55159}{55183}Nothing!
{55184}{55223}You're just...
{55234}{55289}so sweet.
{55290}{55333}So optimistic.
{55339}{55455}I remember, before we all accepted|daddy's affairs as par for the course,
{55456}{55485}there was this incident.
{55486}{55543}Mommy had found some sort of proof
{55544}{55626}that daddy was sleeping with florence canold.
{55627}{55723}But despite all the evidence,|she didn't want to believe it.
{55726}{55821}Everyone was talking about|what a fool our mother was.
{55822}{55883}But as I grew up,
{55903}{55965}I realized she wasn't a fool.
{55966}{56005}She was...
{56006}{56052}just optimistic.
{56056}{56099}Like you.
{56119}{56246}In fact, every day you remind|me more and more of our mother.
{56368}{56413}Naomi, what are you doing?
{56421}{56472}I'm sending out that text.
{56478}{56504}The evidence was all there.
{56505}{56574}I don't know what I was thinking.
{56957}{57014}Oh, my god, did you see the|principal's daughter naked?
{57064}{57106}nice rack.
{57157}{57203}Annie, I'm here for you, okay?
{57204}{57223}Thank you.
{57224}{57287}For-for warning me. I never|thanked you for warning me.
{57288}{57315}- It's okay.|- No.
{57316}{57332}No, it's not okay.
{57333}{57368}You were being nice and a friend.
{57369}{57443}I don't know why I never even called you|back when you called me this summer and...
{57444}{57480}annie.
{57481}{57521}It's okay.
{57617}{57661}It's going to be okay.
{57669}{57708}Hey.
